We continue to focus on meeting the financial needs of our customers and our community. We take pride in being Cheatham County’s only locally owned and operated bank. All decisions are made right here at home where the interest of our customers and our community are our number one priority. Our executive team includes Debbie Small, President & CEO; Johnnie Marlin, Executive Vice President & President of the Robertson County Market; Shayne Bell, Senior Vice President and President of the Cheatham County Market and Jack Campbell, Senior Vice President Credit Administration. We have a complete team of experienced, knowledgeable and dedicated associates providing quality customer service in every area of the bank. Our board of directors consists of a group of business men and women who live in the community and understand our local market.
We believe our most important role is to be the financial advisor for the communities we serve by creating opportunities for individuals and small businesses. We accomplish this by implementing programs that provide financial education from the formative years through college and on into adulthood.
We are an independent community bank which was organized in 1999. We have four offices strategically located in Cheatham County and one office in Robertson County. We offer a wide variety of consumer and commercial products and services designed to fit the needs of our customers to accommodate your current and future financial needs. We continually give back to our community by supporting local civic and charitable organizations as well as the education system within the communities we serve.
Education: Our support is aimed at programs that foster academic achievement and professional preparation.
Youth: We look for programs that focus on and support the education, health and recreational needs of the youth of our communities. We formed a Youth Advisory Board consisting of students age 16-25 to provide us with feedback and suggestions regarding products and services important to this age group.
The Arts: We support community-based organizations that contribute to the diversity and culture of our communities.

The people who live in the communities we serve have grown to trust us and see us as their financial partner. We believe that partnership works both ways. That is why we have been committed to “giving back to our community” since organization. Through our involvement with the Cheatham County Community Foundation, our bank established a Donor Advised Fund through The Community Foundation of Middle Tennessee. As we became aware of the superior reputation and philanthropic endeavors of The Community Foundation of Middle Tennessee, we realized that this was an organization that could assist our bank with objectivity in disbursing donations in a fair and equitable manner for the bank and the community.
Our bank was received the Business of the Year award from members of the Cheatham County Chamber of Commerce in 2001, 2002 and again in 2007.
